This painting tells a story that hasn’t yet been told. It’s a fairy tale, a whimsical image where these two shore birds, one indigenous of the Atlantic Ocean area and the other the Pacific Ocean area, come together to have a cup of tea with this little girl, who is not affected by the turbulent sea she sails upon.
