Most
of the residents of Gadsden are fast asleep. The stars are out and
everything is peaceful and quiet. Every now and then a car passes over
the bridge. But, for the most part, solitude is the setting, and the
river works at a constant pace flowing and reflecting the surrounding
night. This painting whispers “Goodnight, Gadsden”.
